Blasingame (hand/knee) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Rams and is expected to play.
The veteran fullback missed last week's game against the Colts. Blasingame played a total of seven offensive snaps in Chicago's first two games of the season and saw another 14 on special teams.
