Cincinnati placed Tell (undisclosed) on injured reserve Tuesday.
The severity of Tell's injury remains unclear, but unless he reaches an injury settlement, the cornerback will be forced to miss the entire 2023 campaign. Tell hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2019 when he played in 13 games for the Colts, totaling 26 tackles, five pass defenses and one forced fumble.
