Tinsley (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Tennessee.
Tinsley has played in each of the Bengals' last three games and has logged four catches on eight targets for 56 yards over that span. He will observe Sunday's contest from the sidelines, and his next opportunity to play is Week 9 against the Falcons on Nov. 8.
