Higgins (shoulder) won't play Thursday against the Jaguars, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
With Higgins slated to miss his second straight game, Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd will continue to head Cincinnati's pass-catching corps Thursday. Meanwhile Auden Tate and Mike Thomas are next in line to absorb Higgins' snaps in three-receiver sets. The 2020 second-round selection will now target a potential return to action in the Bengals' Week 5 contest Oct. 10 versus the Packers.
