Knox won't practice Wednesday due to a back injury, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Knox has two more opportunities to practice ahead of Sunday's game against the Commanders, but if he's out this weekend, fellow tight end Dalton Kincaid would be in line for added opportunities. Through two contests to begin the 2023 season, Knox has caught six passes on nine targets for 35 yards and a touchdown.
