Oliver (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Oliver will miss a second consecutive game due to the knee injury he sustained during the Bills' Week 4 loss to the Patriots. The defensive tackle will once again be replaced by a mixture of Greg Gaines, DeWayne Carter and T.J. Sanders.
