Oliver (toe) will not participate at practice Wednesday, Matt Parrino of The Syracuse Post-Standard reports.
Oliver managed to play through the toe injury he sustained Sunday versus the Giants and finished the game, so any limitations at this point are possibly just related to load management. Even still, he'll probably need to practice in full Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
