The Bills have elevated Gore from their practice squad ahead of Monday night's game against the Jets.
Top back James Cook (toe) is listed as questionable for the contest, so Gore gives the Bills added backfield depth should Cook be limited or out Monday. Also in the team's Week 6 running back mix are Ty Johnson and Ray Davis.
