Allen will undergo further testing on his right shoulder Monday, but he's not believed to not be dealing with a serious injury, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Allen briefly excited Sunday's 14-9 win over the Giants due to a potential head injury before being cleared to return. He still required X-rays on his shoulder after the game, but initial indications are that Allen hasn't suffered a major injury. Fantasy managers nonetheless will want to monitor the situation closely, with an update likely to come later Monday or Tuesday once Allen's testing is complete. The Bills have a road matchup with the Patriots on Sunday.
