Allen completed 32 of 43 passes for 358 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions in the Bills' 43-21 win over Washington on Sunday. He also rushed four times for nine yards and another score.

This was the breakout effort that both the Bills brass that had doled out the big offseason check and Allen's fantasy managers were waiting on from the fourth-year signal-caller. Allen was spectacular from early on against a Washington squad with a reputation for tough defense, racking up touchdown tosses of 28, seven and 14 yards to Emmanuel Sanders, Zack Moss and Dawson Knox, respectively, in the first half. Allen added another five-yard dart to Sanders in the third quarter before closing out Buffalo's scoring with a two-yard touchdown scamper. With his first MVP-caliber performance now under his belt, Allen will look to continue his ascent versus the vulnerable Texans in a Week 4 home battle.
