Shakir posted his lowest fantasy output of the season in his return from a one-game absence due to an ankle injury. Despite the poor showing, Shakir still looks to be the Bills' de facto No. 1 receiver, though quarterback Josh Allen has spread the ball around liberally among the team's pass catchers.
