Minnesota has signed Van Demark to an offer sheet, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Van Demark is a restricted free agent, so Buffalo will have five days to match the offer. Van Demark started six of the 43 regular-season games in which he appeared over his first three NFL campaigns with the Bills.
