Sanders (knee/illness) is questionable for Buffalo's game against Detroit on Thursday.
Sanders is still battling the illness and knee injury that forced him to miss the team's Week 1 win over the Texans. If he ends up being good to go on Thursday, the 23-year-old will be in line to serve as one of the Bills' starting defensive linemen for the matchup versus the Lions.
