Johnson (hamstring) returned to practice Monday, Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News reports.
Johnson suffered a hamstring injury during practice last month but is now healthy again. The 2019 sixth-round pick will likely serve as a reserve running back and kick returner once the regular season begins. He's in a battle with rookie Ray Davis for the top backup job to starting running back James Cook.
