The Bills designated Grable (concussion) to return from injured reserve Monday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Grable entered the league's concussion protocol in early August, which led to him starting out the regular season on injured reserve. His practice participation during Week 13 prep will determine whether he'll be activated off IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers.
