Taylor completed 17 of 26 passes for 179 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's win over San Francisco. He added 68 yards on eight carries, but lost a fumble during the contest.
LeSean McCoy set them up and Taylor knocked them down. After giving the 49ers a steady diet of McCoy early on, Taylor threw 97 of his yards and both his touchdowns in the second half - including a 30-yard deep flag to newly acquired target Justin Hunter - the pair's second touchdown connection in as many games. Taylor isn't featured enough in Anthony Lynn's run-focused offense to be anything more than a spot starter, as he's topped 200 yards passing just once and 200 total yards twice in Lynn's four games as offensive coordinator. However, the mobile quarterback has also done well to protect the ball, with six total touchdowns and one turnover (Sunday's fumble) during the span.
