Keyes (finger) was waived from injured reserve by the Browns on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Keyes was placed on IR with the injury during training camp in July, but he'll now be free to sign elsewhere if he can prove himself healthy.
