Keyes was waived by the Ravens on Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Keyes will head to waivers after spending time on the practice squads of Houston, Atlanta, and Baltimore. The 2020 seventh-round pick hasn't played in a game since 2021 and will try to find another opportunity with a new team.
