Breeze (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Browns on Tuesday.
Breeze suffered an undisclosed injury at some point during training camp and the preseason, ultimately ending up on IR with Cleveland. He'll now have the opportunity to pass a physical and sign elsewhere ahead of the 2024 campaign.
