Powell reverted to the Rams' practice squad Wednesday.
Powell has mostly only played on special teams for the Rams this season. In Week 15, Powell recorded two kick returns for a combined 46 yards. Expect the receiver to stay on the Rams' practice squad barring any major injuries to Los Angeles' starting receivers.
