Allen was placed on the Bengals' COVID-19 list Wednesday, Geoff Hobson of the team's official site reports.
The 27-year-old cornerback has spent time with the Bills and 49ers this season, even starting a game for San Francisco in Week 5. Now on Cincinnati's practice squad, he is one of four defensive backs to miss practice Wednesday.
