New England waived Lampe on Wednesday.
In corresponding transactions, the Patriots signed tight end Mitch Van Vooren and rookie undrafted free agent linebacker Riley Wilson. Lampe was on the Patriots' injured reserve list for all of 2025, but it now appears he may have to look for his next opportunity with a different team.
