Coach Vance Joseph said Friday that he expects Jones (thigh) to play Week 8 against the Chiefs, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.
Leg injuries have sidelined Jones for three game this season, but the veteran cornerback and return man appears to be nearing a return to full health. Over his four appearances on the campaign, Jones has generated nine tackles, two pass breakups and one interception.
