Jones (hamstring) is officially listed as out for Sunday's game against the Panthers.
Jones was forced out of the Broncos' contest versus the Chiefs in Week 8 early by a hamstring injury, and he'll now have to sit out his first game of the season as he recovers. In his absence, Devon Key could get a start at safety in Week 9.
