Phillips (hamstring) will be sidelined for the Broncos' Week 4 matchup with the Raiders.
No surprise here, as Phillips was a non-participant at practice all week. His abence will mark his second straight due to a hamstring issue. The next chance he has to suit up will come in Week 5 versus the Colts.
