Pierson-El signed with the Broncos on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Pierson-El spent the last two offseasons with the Raiders but failed to land a spot on the regular-season roster. He'll now join the Broncos for training camp but appears to be a long shot to remain with the team to begin the regular season.
