Dawson won't return to Sunday's game against the Panthers due to a knee injury.
Dawson sustained the noncontact injury during the first quarter on a blitz and was carted off the field. It's not a great sign the 25-year-old was ruled out almost immediately after leaving the game. Kevin Toliver and De'Vante Bausby could have increased roles for the Broncos.
