Heath was placed on the Broncos/ reserve/Opt-Out list Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Heath previously had been cut by the Broncos, so his decision to opt out led to his reinstatement to the team's roster and placement on the reserve list. The 27-year-old appeared in two games with the Texans in 2019.
