Cooper (personal) was reinstated from the Commissioner Exempt List on Friday, Tom Pelissero of Netflix reports.
Cooper was placed on the Exempt List on Aug. 30 while under investigation for domestic incidents that took place in June. The NFL is still conducting its own investigation, but as of now, Cooper is eligible to make his Broncos debut in Week 7 against the Cardinals.
