Surtain is being evaluated for a concussion after leaving Sunday's contest against the Chargers, Ryan McFadden of The Denver Post reports.

Surtain was injured while defending a pass intended for Ladd McConkey during Denver's first defensive play of the game. If Surtain isn't cleared to return, Tremon Smith and Levi Wallace would be candidates for increased roles.
