Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett said Wednesday that Wilson (concussion) is "full go" as Sunday's game against the Rams approaches, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Per Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site, Wilson has already cleared the NFL's concussion protocol, but the team elected to err on the side of caution in holding the quarterback out for the second time this season in a Week 15 win over the Cardinals. Brett Rypien picked up the start in Wilson's stead, but he'll return to the backup role this Sunday with Wilson deemed ready to go.
