Marshall signed his free-agent tender with the Broncos on Tuesday.
The 25-year-old was an exclusive rights free agent, so he was locked in with Denver once the team decided to tender him a contract for 2021. Marshall appeared in 12 games during 2020 and totaled six tackles while primarily playing special teams.
