Allen agreed to a three-year, $45.75 million contract with the Broncos on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN.com reports.
The contract won't become official until the new league year begins Wednesday, but Allen is scheduled to join Denver on a contract that includes $32.5 million guaranteed. He missed the final four games of the 2022 season with a hand injury but recorded 5.5 sacks for the Cardinals before then.
