Mayfield (left shoulder) was listed as a full practice participant Wednesday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Though Mayfield hurt his non-throwing shoulder during Week 2 action while trying to make a tackle, the QB's status for Sunday's game against the Bears is not in question. Who he'll be throwing to this weekend is TBD, however, with Jarvis Landry (MCL sprain) now on IR and Odell Beckham's (knee) Week 3 status yet to be clarified.
