Jenkins (concussion) did not participate at practice Tuesday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
It's not totally clear when Jenkins suffered the concussion, but it's a bad break on a shortened week. Unless he's able to return to practice in some capacity Wednesday, odds are slim he'll be clear of concussion protocol and available to play Thursday versus the Steelers.
