Otton wasn't targeted in Sunday's 16-0 win over the Falcons.
Playing in rain-soaked conditions, the Bucs attempted just three passes all afternoon, as Baker Mayfield failed to complete any of the three. Otton has now posted back-to-back zero-catch games and has minimal fantasy appeal outside of the deepest of TE-premium formats. He has 19 grabs for 186 yards and no touchdowns on 30 targets through eight games.
