Parrish (back) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Browns, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Parrish looked to be on track to play in Week 2 after logging a full practice Friday. However, the second-year defensive back hasn't progressed enough in his recovery from a back injury to take the field Sunday, so his next chance to play is Week 3 against the Vikings next Sunday. Keionte Scott will continue to operate in an elevated role in the secondary in Parrish's absence.
