Hurst failed to catch his lone target in Sunday's 16-0 win over the Falcons.
Even with Emeka Egbuka (foot) missing a second straight game, Hurst couldn't catch a break, as the game was played in a downpour. Tampa Bay attempted just three passes during the entire game. Hurst has now gone without a catch in back-to-back games without Egbuka in the lineup. He has minimal fantasy appeal outside of being a hold in dynasty formats.
