The Jets will release Santos (groin) on Wednesday now that he's fully healthy, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Santos couldn't stay healthy enough during the evaluation period to make his case for a 53-man spot, so his run with the Jets will come to a close. He will be free to latch on with another team.
