The Packers signed Miller to the practice squad Monday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
By all accounts, both Jordan Love and Tyrod Taylor are healthy on the 53-man roster. Miller joins Kedon Slovis as quarterbacks currently on the team's practice squad.
