Billings (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against Seattle.
Billings was added to Thursday's injury report due to a knee injury, which is severe enough for him to miss Sunday's NFC West tilt. L.J. Collier will serve as the Cardinals' top rotational defensive tackle behind starters Roy Lopez and Walter Nolen in Billings' absence.
