Watkins has exited Sunday's contest with the Giants due to an arm injury, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Watkins' absence will leave Arizona depleted on the interior of its defensive line, with Leki Fotu (shoulder) inactive for the contest. The Clemson product had a solo tackle and pass defended before departing.
