The Cardinals placed Stills (knee) on injured reserve Friday.
This is merely a procedural move after Stills was already ruled out for the Week 18 season finale. It opens up another roster spot for Arizona to get someone else some playing time. In 15 games of action this season, Stills recorded 47 tackles (18 solo) and one fumble recovery as a sixth-round rookie lineman.
