The Cardinals signed Blough to their active roster Wednesday.
With Kyler Murray (knee) out for the year, Blough has been signed to Arizona's active roster and will operate as the No. 3 quarterback behind Colt McCoy and Trace McSorley. The Cardinals also signed Carson Strong to their practice squad. Blough has appeared in seven career games, all coming with the Lions between 2019 and 2021.
