Wells (hand) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest against the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Wells injured his hand in the first quarter Sunday. If he's unable to return, Zach Ertz and Darrell Daniels will be Arizona's only active tight ends for the remainder of Week 9.
