The Cardinals signed Hull from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Hull has been signed to continue to fulfill the No. 3 running back role opened by the absence of Jeremiyah Love (ankle). Tyler Allgeier and Bam Knight should continue to see all of the offensive action in Week 7 against the Broncos, with Hull providing additional depth if needed.
