Gibbens (shoulder) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
It's not clear when Gibbens hurt his shoulder, but his status for Week 2 is now in question. He'll likely need to manage a full practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
