The Cardinals selected Smith in the sixth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, 215th overall.
Smith (6-foot-3, 314 pounds) is a stout guard from Virginia Tech who lacks reach (31 and 7/8-inch arms) but packs some burst on his dense frame (5.18-second 40-yard dash). He'll be a developmental interior lineman for the Cardinals.
