Wilson (thumb) was a full participant at the Cardinals' practice Thursday, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
Wilson was added to the injury report with a thumb injury Wednesday, ultimately logging a limited practice. The linebacker now appears to be good to go for Sunday's matchup with the Giants after increasing his participation Thursday.
