The Cardinals selected Sanders in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft, 100th overall.

Sanders was a solid three-year starter at Cincinnati, but he was never close to dominant and his athletic traits probably aren't much better than average at 6-foot-5, 250 pounds. He projects more as a strong-side linebacker than one who truly pressures the edge consistently.
